The Arts & Crafts Industries, Mission, Double Door Bookcase features two locking doors. Each door is fitted with 12 individual glass panels. The doors use the Arts & Crafts Industries ebony black butterfly joints; following the guiding principles of the period using the highest standards of artisanship while maintaining a fitness of purpose. The doorframe is 1" thick face glued solid oak. The side panels use a recessed panel made of matched quarter sawn oak veneer surrounded by solid oak frames. The interior of the bookcase has four fixed shelves. The top of the bookcase uses high sides and a back-splash for additional book display or a decorative piece.
